Sacraments of Healing

RECONCILIATION

Available on Saturdays at 12:00 pm and during Advent and Lent as communal celebrations.

ANOINTING OF THE SICK

Celebrate the touch of Christ during times of illness or prior to major surgery. There are regular opportunities:

   
    •    8:00 am Mass on First Friday of the Month
    •    Anytime in the hospital
    •    After Sunday Mass in the Sacristy

Sacraments of Mission

MATRIMONY

Call the parish office at least six months prior to the proposed date.

HOLY ORDERS

The parish prays for priesthood and diaconate vocations. We invite members to lead the children and youth to consider God’s call to priesthood (and religious life).

Call the Parish Office to set an appointment, including parent preparation and please have the following form ready:

• Copy of Birth Certificate 
  
• Godparent Form if he or she is not a St. Pius Member.

EUCHARIST/ RECONCILIATION

Ordinarily, children who have completed grade 1 of faith formation and are enrolled in Sacramental Preparation classes are eligible to prepare for this Sacrament with their parents and catechists. Parents are a part of this preparation time with parent meetings and family retreat days.

CONFIRMATION

Grades 7 & 8 prepare for this Sacrament. The formation includes study, prayer, service, and parent and sponsor involvement.
